Forever? Friday: Ariana & Brian

Today's proposal story is the perfect example of a guy going all out for the girl of his dreams. Aren't those moments when your special someone makes you feel like a princess (or prince) the very best?! It was submitted by Ariana W. (Burlington, NC). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

My hubby Brian turned my proposal into an ALL day thing. Some background info - my best friend in the whole world (Sarah) was dating my Brian's brother Scott! So we always went on double dates and did pretty much everything together. That awesome day, Brian & Scott show up at Sarah's house and took us out to eat at Sonic (where we had our first kiss!). THEN we went to a museum where we had had our first date (it has a beautiful butterfly garden, it was sooo romantic!). And then we went to this really nice 5-star restaurant and he treated everyone out to dinner... No proposal yet, and it'd been like 5 hours!! After dinner, we just went back to Sarah's house and I went to the bathroom totally confused, wondering what the heck was going on! When I came back, All three of them were sitting in the living room around this HUGE box. It was a box in a box in a box of course but he filled each one with little mementos of our entire relationship - movie tickets, the first Snicker's bar i ever bought him, etc. And all the way down was the original ring I secretly had dreamed of but never imagined I'd get! And he'd picked it out ALLLL by himself! It was awesome! I rushed home, told my parents. Decided to surprise my friends and went by their house. Guess how surprised I was when they opened the door, turned on the lights, and all my best girls & guys, his parents, and my parents, all started yelling, SURPRISE!!! lol it was the most romantic day ever and I still can't believe all those people managed to keep it secret and he was able to throw me a huge party afterward!
And that's our story! We've been married for 10 whole months now!! :)
And wow did I forgot how long THAT story was! lol
